The bowl is super heavy duty and well made. Would definitely recommend this to others. I would like to see wider made bowl for the smaller cup sizes. My girl is Heeler/Shar Pei mix, she has a bigger snout. Better to boop but tricky for dishes.
I ordered the wrong bowl and emailed the company hoping to catch before they sent. I received an automated reply and thought “here we go” but I then received another email from a real person and they stated that they would make the change. Order shipped out with the corrected bowl request. Didn’t have to jump through hoops and cancel and reorder. The Houndsy is a great device and the bowl sizes are perfect so I do not overfeed my dog.

I have both the water bowl and the food dispenser. Both suit my 120 pd dog well. He drinks a lot of water and this bowl holds so much that I am not constantly refilling the bowl. The dispenser holds a large bag of food and the best part is I don’t have to smell the freeze dried whatever it is this month everytime I go to feed him!
No more mess in getting dog fed. He actually lets us know when he needs to be fed. Goes by the box and sits and wait until we pull the knob.
